Alejandro Galnares Gurza

Born in Mexico City, on November 26, 1965. Education: Universidad Panamericana (Bachelor of Law, 1994). Major in Civil Law by the same University. Among others, he has completed courses and earned Diplomas in Notarial Law, Energy Law, International Commercial and Economic Competition Arbitration taught by the Universidad Panamericana, the Mexican Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the Universidad Iberoamericana. PRACTICE AREAS: In charge of the contentious practice of the firm in Civil, Commercial and Administrative litigation, including Fiscal, Customs, Consumer Protection, as well as Mediation and Arbitration procedures, with experience in Bankruptcy Proceedings and Public Procurement procedures, Insurance and Bonding, Air, Maritime and Land Transportation and in the revision, drafting and negotiation of contracts.
